Xiaomi Debuts its Smallest and Cheapest Mi TV at $163

But Comes with Built-in Artificial Intelligence Xiaomi has now launched its first budget Mi TV in China. Dubbed the Mi TV 4A (32 inches), it is by far the smallest and the cheapest smart television from Xiaomi yet. Needless to say, it is a part of the Mi TV 4A series which was launched earlier this year.

The latest Mi TV 4A comes with a 32-inch HD (1,366 x 768p) LED display with a refresh rate of 60GHz. Unlike other televisions of the Mi TV range, this new 32-inch Mi TV 4A comes in a black plastic housing. It features the characteristic AI based interface of the Mi TV 4A series. It enables the TV to recommend content based on your watching habits and preferences.

Under the hood, the 32-inch Mi TV 4A TV comes with a 1.5GHz quad core processor (4 x Cortex A53 cores). This is coupled with Mali 450 MP3 GPU. The budget smart TV also features 1GB RAM and 4GB internal storage. The TV also comes with two 5W stereo speakers. Apart from that, there are two HDMI port, an AV port, a S/PDIF output, DTMB, USB port and a connector.

Xiaomi Mi TV 4A 32-inch Price and Launch Date The Xiaomi Mi TV 4A 32 inch model is priced at 1,099 Yuan (Rs 10,468/$163) in China.

The TV would be officially up for sale in the country on starting 12 PM on July 23.

Xiaomi would be offering a 100 Yuan discount on the shipping cost on the day of sale.

LeEco is one of the main competitors of Xiaomi in the TV market in China.

This latest TV from the Lei Jun led firm undercuts all TV offering from LeEco by a huge margin. That said, the Mi TV 32-inch variant will face stiff competition from other budget TV manufacturers like Haier and TCL.
